The Choi Kwang Do Master Academy martial arts curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. It won’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and continue learning, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back for more!
Many of our students prefer to train as a family.
We have found the martial arts to be a great activity that’s fun and beneficial for all ages. As life gets busier every day, our family classes help to keep families together and connected.
Our classes are conveniently scheduled and we offer family discounts.
Although you CAN take classes with your children, many adults choose to blow off steam with our teen and adult programs!
Special individual classes for ladies and girls only, in their own private Dojahng incorporating not only the Choi Kwang Do syllabus but also ongoing components from our Master Academy's Award Winning Ladies Self Defence Courses.
Our workout burns off excess energy, built-up tension, and promotes a sense of calm. Each class becomes a mini vacation. You leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Better able to deal with your next day’s challenges.
This class group is open to all ages.
A great class to get started with and for those who would like to try out joining in a class filled with other like minded beginners.
Parents and children can train together in this class building confidence and familiarity before moving into open ranks classes.
We are very proud to be a Black Belt school. To achieve Black Belt level in Choi Kwang Do you can typically be expected to train for 3 ½ to 4 years, due to our Academy being a full-time location with over 33 classes held each week the very motivated and dedicated member can achieve this goal in a shorter time frame.

The ‘Special Winning Attitude Team’ are taught special skills in leadership that enhances the understanding of the martial arts. Many of our children who have joined the SWAT Team have gone on to become great instructors!
